Image Library And “Making Of” Video For New Band - The FO’s
I had the incredible honor of working with a new band, The FOs, throughout 2023 to create 2 of their Spanish language music videos, promotional photos, and a “Making Of” video of their first music video to help kickstart their band’s social media and press presence. The first video “Volve Con Tu X” was released in early February. Their EP will be released in early to mid 2024 followed by another EP and a cool music video we shot at La Finca Dispeinada in the wine country of Catalonia, Spain!
While filming the second part of “Volvé Con Tu X” at their home in Doha, Qatar, we decided to do a “Making Of” to capture the feelings of nerves and excitement that happen while preparing for a new journey and felt like it was a great opportunity to share more about the new band with their friends and fans. Sometimes the small moments can be beautiful time capsules that capture the magic of beginnings. We shot this video in black and white to make it feel fun and artistic as well as documentary.

They are starting from scratch with no images, so we wanted to give a large mix of behind-the-scenes of them as a group, but also mix in the individual personalities of each of the members. The edits are edgier and post-processed for the band’s social media, with a mix of images that can be used along the way for their website, album covers, and other hero images that can grab attention and represent the band for all of their needs. We created images in multiple formats, vertical and horizontal, to give them as many options as possible to get the most use out of the photos.
