A genuine heartfelt thank you to the Al-Pl for selecting this image as an AP39 Chosen Winner. It's a dream come true to see this photo appear among so many talented photographers whom I admire and who continually inspire me to create and see differently. I'm so honored and excited!
The fact that this image and award came from my last photo shoot of 2022 and is one of my favorite images is a nice way to wrap up a turbulent year. I am grateful that I can remember this project and the selection of this image by the Al-AP as a highlight of the year.
